The meeting will begin with a roll call to record which council members are present.

The council will review and vote to approve the official minutes from the previous meeting.

4ProceduralPublic Comment Period During this time, citizens may take up to three (3) minutes to address the members about any topic not on the agenda. Citizens wishing to speak during this time will be recognized by the Chair for comment.

Residents will have the opportunity to speak directly to council members about any topic not already on the agenda, with each speaker limited to three minutes.

Council members may make brief announcements or comments, and the meeting will conclude.

The city will discuss and decide on how to find artists and accept proposals for public art projects funded through the Percent for Art program, which dedicates a portion of construction budgets to public artwork.
